Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If for any reason you cannot attend the 2021 FCMN (International Conference on Frontiers of Characterization and Metrology for Nanoelectronics) you must contact AVS at 530-896-0477, heather@avs.org by March 1, 2021, to receive a refund, less a $100.00 processing fee. No refunds can be given for cancellations after March 1.
